There are a few websites that allow users to earn money by completing various small tasks that needs human intelligence. It simply co-ordinates between the worker and the requestor. The requestor a price tag attached with each task that the worker gets on successful completion of the task. There are two sites that I know that provides such facilities and importantly are not scam. The are Amazon mturk and mylot, however amazon does not pay through paypal and charges $4 as cheque processing fees. Mylot on the other hand, is available for international users and uses paypal.
